We're really pleased to present our latest image and our first collaboration between APO Team and Yann. It's a real pleasure to be able to shoot in these conditions with friends!

The Dolphin's Head nebula, Sh2-308.

APO Team's TOA-150 gave us great detail on the Dolphin thanks to its 1,100mm focal length, while the FSQ-106's 382mm focal length gave us a wide field and an impression of immensity around the Dolphin.

The data on the Dolphin are cumulated with the two set-ups to remove as much background noise as possible.

Just west of the Dolphin we can see the planetary nebula G234.9-09.7, shown here in great detail.

We're delighted to have been able to highlight the dust in this region. This was mainly made possible by the excellent sky quality at the two shooting sites, Oukaimeden Observatory in the High Atlas for Morocco and SpaceObs in the Atacama for Chile.
