Image Description and Details : This is a 3-panel mosaic taken of the Horsehead/M42 region of Orion from Dec 2019 - Mar 2020 totaling 60 hours of exposure using a ZWO ASI1600MM-P, RGB and 7nm Ha & Oiii filters, and a William Optics Star71-II APO. Hydrogen and Oxygen was used for Luminance as well as support for the Red and Blue color data, respectively. Oiii was only shot for the M42 panel since, despite putting in an entire night of Oiii on the Horsehead region I found basically no nebulosity. Shorter exposures were also used to recover lost detail due to overexposure and keep Alnitak under control.

Hα: 150 x 300" per panel, 50x30" for Horsehead and M42 panels
RGB: 120 x 90" each, 50x10" for Horsehead and M42 panels
Oiii: 130 x 300" & 50x30" for M42 panel only
